Cookies 'N' Cream Sandwich Cookies

We are all for dessert mashups and combos. Our classic choclate chip cookie gets mixed with cookies 'n' cream bars and then SANDWICHED between an Oreo for the most epic cookie of all time. The Delish team went absolutely crazy for them and truly couldn't believe how they were made. Find out what all the fuss is about for yourself.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. 
(1 stick) butter, softened 
1/2 c. 
packed brown sugar
1/4 c. 
granulated sugar

large egg
1 tsp. 
pure vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. 
all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. 
baking soda
1/2 tsp. 
kosher salt

(4-oz.) Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme bar, chopped (about 3/4 c.)
1/2 c. 
chocolate chips
24 
Oreos





  1. DIRECTIONS
    1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter and sugars together. Add egg and vanilla and beat until incorporated. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and beat until just combined. Stir in Cookies ‘n’ Creme pieces and chocolate chips. 
    2. 2. Separate Oreos and place half on prepared baking sheets. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough onto Oreo halves, then top with remaining halves, pressing top Oreo gently into dough. 
    3. 3. Bake until cookies are golden around the edges, 12 to 14 minutes.
